You are always having such interesting conversations with strangers - while out grocery shopping, running errands, while on a bus and asking for directions. The eight trees I long for
Have you ever longed for certain kinds of trees? Either to stay somewhere in the vicinity of these or have a plot of land large enough to be able to plant these? For me, there are at least eight trees that I long for, the lime/lemon tree being one of them.
It was a Maltese sunset in my balcony
The day after my husband's birthday, a magical sunset burst into the sky. As we watched the colours leaking out to the skies, it brought back memories of our holiday in Malta and how we almost missed our last bus to our Airbnb because we stopped to take in a sunset.
